Tom Antony
Fund Manager
Tom has over 30 years of investment management experience. He was an analyst and portfolio manager at TD Asset Management for four and a half years, where he covered technology, financial services and emerging markets — gaining a competitive edge in these market sectors. In his last year, he was the Backup Manager of the TD Bankʼs Pension Fund.
In 1996, Tom joined RT Capital, one of the leading pension managers in Canada, as Vice President. He managed in excess of $2 billion in client assets, and served as the Firmʼs chief analyst for the market sectors of technology, telecom, and healthcare. He also ran the Emerging Technologies Fund, the largest Canadian-only technology fund in Canada.
In 2001, RT Capital was sold to UBS Global Asset Management. Tom stayed with the merged firm for two years, before going on to found Peregrine Investment Management in 2004. Since then, Peregrine has become a top-ranked fund.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Chicago (A.B.), the University of Toronto (M.A.), and is a CFA Charterholder.

Chris Lee, CFA, MBA
ASSOCIATE PORTFOLIO MANAGER
Chris joined Peregrine as an Analyst in 2012, and has over 19 years of experience in capital markets. Chris previously worked as an Equity Research Associate at GMP Securities covering technology stocks. While at GMP, he assisted the Analyst in winning a Top 3 Starmine Stock Picker award for three consecutive years. Previously, he worked for two years as a Proprietary Equity Trader at an independent trading firm. Chris is a graduate of Queen’s University (B.Sc. Electrical Engineering), the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management (M.B.A.), and is a CFA Charterholder.

Ginnie Chen, CPA, CMA
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ginnie joined Peregrine in 2019, she oversees the day-to-day operations for the firm. She completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2020 and is a Certified Management Accountant (CPA, CMA) with over 15 years of experience in finance. Prior to joining Peregrine, Ginnie worked primarily in the Canadian mining industry as a corporate accountant.
